The Touma Method is operated by The Trustee for 2MA Family Trust (ABN 99 462 843 482). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

We collect the personal information you voluntarily submit through our booking and enquiry forms — typically your name, email address, mobile number, and any business details relevant to your enquiry. We also collect aggregate usage analytics (page views, referrers, device type) through our hosting provider. We do not collect anything beyond that.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, to book and confirm coaching sessions, to send transactional emails (confirmations and follow-ups), and to improve the site through aggregate analytics only. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

We use trusted third-party services to deliver transactional email, host the site, manage bookings, and support our content workflows. These providers process limited personal information under their own privacy policies and only to the extent required to deliver the service to us.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded via Google Tag Manager) and Contentsquare to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, clicks, and scroll behaviour. These set third-party analytics cookies and may record anonymised interaction data. We do not run advertising cookies or sell your data, and analytics is used solely to improve the site.

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline. Nothing analytics-related loads until you accept — declining means Google Analytics and Contentsquare are never initialised. You can change your choice at any time via the “Change preferences” link in the footer.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. For any privacy-related request — access, correction, deletion, or a general question — email charles@toumamethod.com and we will action it within a reasonable timeframe.
