I had access to two of the best agents in the country when I was young. Unbelievable mentoring, unbelievable coaching. Then I stopped. Stopped learning, stopped doing the fundamentals, and wasted years not reaching what I could have, because I didn't understand the mind game. I had the skills. I didn't have the identity. You don't rise to the level of your goals. You rise to the level of who you believe you are. That took me twenty-two years to work out, and it cost me more than I'll write down here.

Where it started.

Most coaches will cuddle you. They have to. That's their business. I sell real estate; coaching isn't how I pay my bills. So I can tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear, and you can do something about it or you can leave. Both fine. The method is mindset, identity, state, frequency, resourcing. The work before the work. It's for agents who came to get better, not to be told they already are.

I'm still selling, still listing, still in the room with agents who are figuring it out. Coaching from inside the work, not above it. The floor never goes away, and that's the point: everything I teach is drawn from what's working in my business this week, not a deck I wrote a decade ago. I'm not for everyone. I'm for the ones who came to get better.
